My partner has unhappy with her Dentures

Q. My partner has top dentures (all except one canine tooth). She has a thing about them and it is making her very self conscious and they are making her very sensitive and unhappy. I think she would be better with a top set that are top of the market so to speak, is there such a thing? She is too young to be going through this, she does have her bottom teeth, but she had a gum problem which is why she has top dentures. Please can you help us?

A. As u asked there are many type of dentures available in market you can get a better retention biological denture and for now it is better to get extract the remaining single tooth and get a full upper biological denture or go for a implant
