Treatment for Several pockets up to 8mm in my upper Central incisors

Q.I am 36yrs of age. Clean health and no medical conditions. Unfortunately this advancing periodontal is hereditary from my mother..she has to attend the dentists very regularly to have deep scale and polishes and pocket wash outs. I do not have my dental x rays to hand but I do know that I May have several pockets up to 8mm . My upper central incisors are the worst affected. Could you tell me your opinion ?

A. You are probably suffering from chronic destructive periodontitis. We need to assess if you require any additional bone augmentation.We have successfully used human recombinant bone morphogenetic protein for such conditions. However, we will need a CT scan to assess your exact need.
